Manchester United host Sabah FC at Old Trafford on 10 September 2026 (8pm BST kick-off). Manchester United return to the Champions League for the first time since the 2023/24 season, when they were eliminated in the group stage.
Their return to European football’s elite competition is itself a significant milestone and they begin with what looks on paper like a straightforward opener. Sabah FK, founded only in 2017, are making their debut Champions League appearance — the most remarkable Cinderella story in the competition this season. Their manager, Lithuanian Valdas Dambrauskas, won money on the Lithuanian version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire and used it to move to London and fund his coaching badges.
Old Trafford will be the biggest stage Sabah have ever played on. Here is everything you need to know about your hospitality options for this fixture.
